The electric meter and consumer unit in this house are positioned on the wall under the stairs so a storage system needed to be devised that made full use of the space but still allowed access to the meters. The solution I came up with was these large removable drawer boxes. I reinforced the corners to make them very strong but crucially lightweight too.
